I’m Kirby Martin, founder of Rise Stronger Performance. My work is rooted in a simple belief: when leaders take ownership of their health, every part of their life improves — their energy, their clarity, their resilience, their leadership, and the way they show up for the people who rely on them.

Over the last decade, I’ve seen one truth repeated again and again: meaningful change doesn’t come from intensity, hacks, or quick fixes. It comes from strategy — slowing down long enough to build a deliberate plan, and then executing that plan with consistency and precision. My role is to help you understand your biology, strengthen your foundation, and align your daily actions with the long-term life you want to lead.
